There has been a huge amount of work carried out, over many years now , by the IPCC and a range of other bodies, to understand the many impacts - globally, nationally, sub-nationally, regionally and at a community level - of climate change.

This work is on-going and is the key to understanding what it is that we must collectively do, to address the impacts that are locked in - at least in timelines that are relevant to us humans - as a consequence of the elevated atmospheric GHG that we have produced.

In the first instance (and because I am standing in a local body election this year) the first section this work will focus on the city of UPPER HUTT
